This is Alfred…
A big thanks to Shaftesbury podcast, “This is Alfred,” for highlighting our work in the Shaftesbury area. Recorded before Christmas, the interview with our Chair of Trustees, Stephen Uden, young learner Beth and her tutor Ingrid talks about our learning programme and our hopes to be able to provide more services to young people in the town.
Why giving makes you rich
Joining the team as a volunteer not only changes young people’s lives but brings rewards to the the volunteers too. The recent Sherborne Times article (Jan 2021) shone a light on the value of volunteering and talks to two of our volunteers.
Press support for Yeovil project
We were delighted to be featured in the Yeovil press with articles promoting our new Learning project and showing just how much gaining a qualification in English and Maths can change lives.
Merry Christmas
Wishing all our Friends and supporters a Happy Christmas in difficult times.
